How ordering works

  • The amount you pay online is a 15% deposit to reserve your order.
  • Keystone Hatcheries will email an order confirmation within a few days with final details.
  • Both Keystone Hatcheries and the customer may cancel with a full refund within 1 week of ordering.
Important Information: Fish can only be sold to WI & IL Customers. WI Customers require a DNR Permit or DATCP License. This is usually free and easy, we will help secure necessary Permits with email confirmation. Delivery is Highly recommended for 1+ acre packages and will be quoted with email confirmation. If you select pickup, we’ll contact you by email/text ahead of time with approximate pickup timing and box count so you bring the right vehicle.

Live fish availability is subject to weather, water temperature, and state stocking regulations. We’ll contact you to confirm timing and any regulatory requirements for your location.
