Keystone Hatcheries Return Policy
No returns will be accepted for credit or exchange without prior authorization. All returns must be authorized within 10 days of purchase and received in the original marked carton in resalable condition within 30 days. Any returns that extend beyond this will either not be accepted or given partial credit, which will be determined by the sole discretion of Keystone Hatcheries LLC. Returns will not be accepted if shipped via COD. Any refund given will be for the cost of the product only. There are absolutely no returns for special ordered items, fish, aquatic plants or products cut from rolls, such as liner, underlayment, seam tape, air & water line, netting, et cetera. Warranties for products not produced by Keystone Hatcheries will be given at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.

Keystone Hatcheries Online Fish Order Change/Cancellation Policy
Any change, reduction or cancellation of online fish orders are subject to10% restocking fees. Fish Sale orders may not be changed after the order deadline, listed on the Fish Sale page. Fish Stocking Package order changes are subject to 10% restocking fees during the confirmation process, but orders may not be changed or canceled once final quote is accepted by customer.
